Materials chosen because they're right, not because they're cheap, Every material the resin, the glass, the marble-look base is chosen for what it resists and how it lasts, not for what it costs. Cheaper alternatives exist. We didn't use them.

Oxy Tower Files Patent Application for Living Air Purification System
Oxy Tower has filed a patent application for the self-sealing valve system at the core of its living moss air purifier, covering the mechanism that switches between watering the plant bed and releasing ambient mist. The filing protects a combination the company says is genuinely novel: living moss, a magnetic valve, and an automatic cutoff timer, working together in one design-led object.
