Return and Refund Policy

At Oxy Tower, every piece is handcrafted and checked before it ships. If something isn't right when it reaches you, this policy explains how we'll make it right.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

​

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery if:

 

• The product arrived damaged or defective

• The product is materially different from what was described or shown on the Site

• You received the wrong item

 

Because each Oxy Tower is handcrafted and contains a living moss component, we are unable to accept returns for:

​

• Change of mind, once the product has been unpacked and used

• Natural variation in moss color, density, or appearance (this is expected, not a defect,see our Terms and Conditions, Section Return Shipping)

• Products that have been overwatered, exposed to conditions outside normal indoor use, or opened/tampered with internally

• Products without their original packaging, where packaging is required to safely process a return

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

​

1. Email us at care@oxytower.in within the eligible window, with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include clear photographs, this helps us resolve your request faster without needing the item shipped back and forth unnecessarily.

3. We will respond within 2 to 3 business days with next steps, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or return shipping instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING:

​

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

• If a return is approved for another reason at our discretion, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, communicated to you before you ship anything back.

• Please do not send any item back to us before receiving confirmation and instructions, as unsolicited returns may not be processed.

 

REFUNDS:

​

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Shipping charges paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

 

REPLACEMENTS:

 

For eligible claims, you may choose a replacement of the same product instead of a refund, subject to availability. Since each Oxy Tower is handcrafted in small batches, replacement timelines may vary we will communicate an estimated timeline when your claim is approved.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

 

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they enter production or are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at care@oxytower.in if you wish to cancel.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under Eligibility for Returns once delivered.

WARRANTY CLAIMS:

 

For issues arising after the return window has passed such as a manufacturing defect in the electronic components please refer to the Warranty section of our Terms and Conditions, which covers the mist-maker unit, battery, and internal circuitry for a limited period from the date of delivery.
